E-Statement Policy
The E-Statement Policy refers to guidelines established by Chivaho Federal Credit Union that outlines how members can access and manage their account statements electronically (e-statements) through online banking platforms, delivered via email, instead of receiving physical paper statements in the mail; it defines the terms and conditions for opting into and using the electronic statement service.
Electronic Funds Transfer Policy
This Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic fund transfers (EFT) services offered to you by Chivaho Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”).
Funds Availability Policy
This Disclosure describes your ability to withdraw funds at Chivaho Federal Credit Union. It only applies to the availability of funds in transaction accounts.
Membership & Account Agreement
